Наш дом расположен в станице Благовещенской на ул. Черноморская, 129. У нас всего три номера, что позволит вам насладится тихим спокойным отдыхом у самого Черного моря. Для общего пользования большая кухня-столовая, оборудованная всем необходимым для приготовления пищи, а также летняя площадка, мангал, садовые качели. Парковка на придомовой территории. В шаговой доступности магазин Пятерочка, столовые, кафе, торговые палатки.
С любого уголка станицы можно дойти до моря за время от 15-ти до 30-ти минут, до городского пляжа ходит маршрутка. В станице работает небольшой аквапарк с бассейном. Довольно развитая инфраструктура, есть рынки с овощами и фруктами, продуктовые магазины, аптеки, почта, павильоны с сувенирами и пляжными принадлежностями, многочисленные кафе и бистро.
