Advantages:

Своевременное заселение, отличное расположение, зелёный двор, наличие летней кухни с набором всей необходимой посуды, наличие столиков и кресел на улице, есть мангальная зона. Двор хорошо освещается вечером. Во дворе растет виноград и фрукты, можно угощаться. Есть теннисный стол, кольца, кресла качалки, большая полянка. Можно с собаками. Всегда была холодная и горячая вода, электричество. Хозяин во всем помогал, если просили.

Disadvantages:

Несоответствие цена. Нынешнее состояние домохозяйства тянет только на эконом - эконом, о чём и написано на рекламном стенде около дома. А цену мы заплатили как за просторный полулюкс с 3-мя витражными окнами в номере в ухоженном отеле на соседней улице, с завтраками.
